eBooks are simply electronic versions of books in formats that can be read on your computer, Kindle, Sony, and Nook eReaders, or printed on your home inkjet or laser printer.

Our eBooks are published in Adobe PDF, Mobi, and ePub formats.

The Adobe Reader software required to open the PDF version is free and easy to use. Text can be adjusted to larger or smaller magnification for ease of viewing. If you don't already have Adobe Reader on your computer, download a free copy to view our PDF files.

When you purchase our eBooks, we deliver these electronic books by attaching them to an E-mail. We send your selection to the e-mail address entered during the payment process.

Expect to receive your eBook within 24 to 36 hours from time of purchase. Please contact us via E-Mail if you do not receive your eBook within that timeframe as there may be a problem with your E-Mail provider and we may have received a bounce-back on our attempt to deliver your eBook. We may need another E-Mail address from you in order to successfully deliver your purchase.

If you would like to have the eBook(s) sent to another e-mail address, simply send us a separate e-mail to support@TheMaxwellGroup.net and include that new
e-mail address along with your name and the title(s) of the eBook.

Please put TheMaxwellGroup.net on your E-Mail acceptance list or in your Address Book so your E-Mail provider does not reject the attachment or put the e-mail in your SPAM box. Please look in your SPAM box first before contacting us for a replacement. We are happy to accommodate you in this event.

If your E-Mail provider does not allow attachments, send us a separate e-mail and we can make other arrangements to download the eBooks to your computer or refund your money.

Payment is made using the PayPal Secure Payment system (no PayPal account required). Your credit card information is never revealed to us.
